About the Auction

Each November, Evergreen Academy and Our House host their annual silent auction. This elegant evening begins at 5:30 and runs until 10:00 p.m. Guests enjoy appetizers, bidding on silent auction items, a raffle, a seated dinner, and a guest speaker.

The silent auction is our largest fundraiser of the year. All of the proceeds help to provide for the many programs of Evergreen Academy and Our House. We invite everyone to this special event.

Child-care will be available at a limited basis at Evergreen Academy. The cost is $25 for the first child and $15 per child thereafter. To register for child-care, please email Jennifer Dodd at jennifer@wispertel.net.

This Year's Auction

This year's auction will be held at the prestigious Hiwan Golf Club. We are excited to have Christian recording artist Danny Byram (www.dannybyram.org) as our guest speaker. Tickets for the auction are $25 per person, with checks made payable to Evergreen Academy by October 25.

Corporate table sponsorships are available for a cost of $300 and include advertising and two dinners. We also have Executive table sponsorships available for $600. Executive sponsorships include advertising and dinner for eight people.

All donations made to Evergreen Academy are tax deductible. Evergreen Academy is an independent, nonprofit educational institution, recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
