Elementary programs have been suspended for the 2009-2010 school year and will be offered in the Fall of 2010, depending on enrollment.
Registration Procedures: We register all current Preschool, Elementary & Middle School parents during the first week of March followed by open registration to the public after that. To re-enroll, all necessary re-enrollment forms must be completed and registration fees must be paid. Tuition must be current to register. Immunizations must also be current and on file.
Admission: Students are considered for admission to Evergreen Academy without discrimination on the basis of racial background. Families must review school literature, interview with a school administrator, and complete an application prior to being considered for admission; placement testing is done at the administrator's judgment. Placement is made based on class composition, staff capabilities and the administrator's assessment of a student's needs. Once the appropriate forms are complete and registration fees are paid, a student may be admitted to Evergreen Academy.
Statement on Handling Special Needs Kids: Children with special needs
of any kind are welcome. We enroll such children after evaluating
that child's need and our staff's capabilities.
